My passion is to help you transform into your Authentic Self! I will share with you the knowledge I have embodied over many years of struggling with my own injuries and health issues. Working for over 25 yrs as a massage therapist, I have struggled with hand and wrist injuries and have found a daily routine to heal myself.

Being born with Hip Dysplasia and L5-S1 natural fusion, creating space in my spine and hips through a specific daily yoga practice, self massage techniques and breath work, has allowed me to live my life to the fullest.

Many of my clients come to me for Massage and they get temporary relief. Massage is more of a maintenance wellness modality. It is my desire for them to reach whole body wellness and the only way to do that is through my Comprehensive Path to Wellness Program. 

With a Certified Yoga and Holistic Wellness Partner on your side to motivate you, keep you on track and provide accountability, and support you on your journey to true transformation of mind, body and soul. Addressing the Whole Body, Mind, Spirit, and Soul with My Comprehensive Road to Wellness Program: This program is rooted in over 26 years of bodywork and knowledge of anatomy, 15 years of yoga training with Prajna Yoga, and a grounded awareness from Chi Gong. I have developed my own system of whole-body wellness based on combined postural analysis, private yoga session, consistent Thai Barefoot Massage, joint strength exercises, Nutritional Consulting, and self-care tips for tension relief.

Thai Barefoot Massage

In the Northern part of Thailand, in the Chiang Mai Lanna region and among certain Hill Tribes, so-called Walking Massage or Thai Barefoot Massage is a form of Thai Massage application. Some hill tribe healers only use Barefoot Massage techniques.

Thai Massage where the therapist uses the feet have a more ‘earthy’ quality than the ones done with the hands or other parts of the body. In general, more pressure can be applied also. Sometimes practitioners use a stick, rod, or rope to keep their balance while ‘walking’ over the patient. A gentle rocking motion is used to separate the muscle tissue from the fascia. There is a soft, broad pressure applied when using the feet that allows for a deeper massage without feeling deep.

Most clients describe Thai Barefoot Massage effects as feeling “longer”, “softer”, “expansive”, “lighter”, “fluid” and a feeling as though they have stepped into a new body for the first time!

You will be in loose, comfy clothes and supported by comfy pillows on a Thai Massage mat that is well padded. Thai Barefoot Massage helps you feel more grounded, softer, more fluid and some say even taller! The effects of this style of massage lasts longer than traditional and has been termed Lazy Yoga as it incorporates gentle yoga stretches to lengthen the fascia to promote increased fluid movement. **great for folks who don't feel comfortable getting undressed.
